    Family-friendly and spacious

    Had a lovely stay with the fam! The room was super roomy and clean, and the staff were really friendly. The bell captain M. Siddeek Anver helped us with our bags and shared great tips about the area. Dining at the restaurant was a treat, too. Only thing was the shuttle service back from the Haram. it could get a bit hectic.

    Comfortable room, convenient location. the shuttle service takes only 5-6 minutes to reach the nearby bus stop, and the free breakfast offers delicious Arabic food that gets your day started right.

    Great amenities in the room like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, and private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast was a feast with diverse options. Shuttle service runs every 20 minutes to the Haram, which is super convenient. They also have a well-stocked gift shop and grocery store right in the hotel!

    I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The shuttle service was fantastic, making trips to the Haram quick and easy, and the food offered an impressive variety that was both well-prepared and flavorful.     my stay at makarem was fantastic! the location is perfect, with an excellent shuttle service to al haram just 5-10 mins away. the rooms were clean and equipped with all the facilities we needed. i really appreciated that cleaning was done daily. the amazing breakfast had a huge variety, and we looked forward to suhoor every day. the staff, especially lama from customer relations, were so helpful and friendly.
